It's one of the only Amiga accelerators I would risk overclocking, because the RAM can be run at 1/2 CPU clock. In other words, you're not overclocking irreplaceable logic.
With the latest mask (Rev 6) 80MHz is generally achievable. The RAM will run at 40MHz, which is still quite fast on the Apollo (performing better than the Blizzard at 50MHz, according to bustest). Mine has ran in this configuration for several years now with no detectable issues.
If your card has its original CPU installed, I will almost guarantee it's not a Rev 6.
My card was purchased from Per-Gunnar Johansson (amiga.org member PG) in Sweden, the fellow originally upgrading these cards several years ago. PG does excellent, perfect work and is highly recommended.
