I just saw something related to this on the 6am WRAL Raleigh news, cracked me up!  :lol:

Wish I could find the actual video that they aired a few minutes ago, it had me in stitches! I'll keep looking.

You don't need a fallout shelter...you just need to go to a scrapyard and buy all the old model VW Beetle hubcaps you can find, and then sell those to the GIs to stuff down the back of their pants  :-P
