Problem with Wipeout 2097 & voodoo gfx card
« on: December 30, 2004, 10:20:29 PM »
hi

i installed this game, the wipeout 2097. I have installed Warpos (last release) with powerup emulation and warp3d of mediator (v4.2) for my voodoo card.
When i start the game, i see a lot of grapahics corrupted and i can`t select any screen mode, only can play it on a window at 800x600 but the graphics are corrupted too.
any solution or exist any patch for mediator/voodoo of this game?

Thanks and happy new year 2005 =)

AFAIK Wipeout only works in a window on a mediator but I had no corruption.

On the Mediator board set the 'Wait' jumper to closed. If you do not do this you will experience corruption with all Warp3D applications/games.

I'm also having the same problem as Dani, My wait jumper is set to closed and i have nothing but corruption, on the first wipeout screen the games starts to play the cool music and then I get the warpos error any ideas anyone.Payback and freespace all work fine!

Found this post over at the mediator site on yahoo (posted by kurt.grach)  I used these settings and the game runs fine, I only have corruption on the first screen then the rest is perfect.
