Yeah, I remember watching pantera live on the Reinventing the Steel Tour. What an amazing band, the energy was amazing. Hopefully, Vinnie can continue the Darrell Family name with the Metal they once created.

Apparently, the killer (i cant remember his name) shouted out something along the lines of "You Split Pantera" before he shot Dimebag at point blank range. The dude never stood a chance. :-(

Same with DamagePlan.com although they now have a photo of Dimebag on the front page.

Metal Hammer has a front page tribute, their whole front news page is covered with articles, tributes (from Anselmo, Mustaine and loads more) and details of all the victims.

They've even put up a mugshot of the {bleep} who caused it all.

Final Murder Victim Named
Quote

The final victim to be named in the Ohio club massacre which took the lives of Damageplan guitarist Dimebag Darrell, fan Nathan Bray and roadie Erin Halk is Damageplan's tour manager Jeff Thompson (pictured).

I must stress you to read the rest of that page (it's only another 2 paragraphs, but it should be read).

The Face Of A Killer
Quote

A photo of Nathan Gale, the man who police allege shot and killed four people and wounded an undetermined number of others at Wednesday's Damageplan show, has been posted online along with details of his background which pertain to "mental health issues."

Read the rest of this one too please (slightly longer than the last one).

It was a (official) nutcase's assassination plan.

Did anyone watch the Dimebag Tribute on Headbangers ball last night? They played, like 6 songs (on MTV2). Only 6! You would think that a band as big as pantera they would have played a lot more...

{bleep}e!!!  I completely forgot about it :-(

Sounds like I didn't miss much anyways :-(

I got Kerrang for the first time in months today to read about Dimebag.  They said that the guy shot him in the head 5 times.  5!?

Definitely a man on a mission :pissed:

The right to bear arms is only slightly less silly than the right to arm bears.  But perhaps when they wrote the constitution they meant to have the right to wear t-shirts, the right to bare arms :-D
