'Ecco' maybe?  I know it was on Sega platforms (Genesis/Mega Drive, Game Gear etc), don't know if it was ever ported.

I know there was such a game for Atari 2600... Dunno if it was Ecco, or if it was something else. The goal of the game was simply to get past obstacles.

The Ecco-games on Megadrive were pretty cool. Dunno if they were ever ported.
Beating the dead horse since 2002.

Yes, it was Eco, but I recall playing it on the PC. The manufacturer was Sierra-On-Line.

Yeah, Ecco was ported to the PC at some point.  I've got different versions of it for PC, Sega CD, Mega Drive and Game Gear lol.  Must have been ported to PC by Sierra, because I'm fairly sure it was a SEGA inhouse game as far as I remember.

Ecco the Dolphin for the PC was released by Sega also, developed by Appaloosa Interactive.
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(
