JForth
« on: November 13, 2004, 03:28:56 PM »
Hi,

I just got set-up with WinUAE and JForth.  Is anybody else still playing around with JForth?  Want to compare notes?

I picked JForth as a simple way to get back into Amiga OS and learn something new at the same time...

Best regards,

Anding

PS Maybe it's a shame not to be using the original hardware, but Cloanto have made a great job of the emulator.  I was very impressed.  Want more RAM, a graphics accelerator, or another HDD?  Just check the option box.... How easy is that :-) !!!

I used Forth on the C64 some years ago using geoForth under GEOS.  I never got it to do anything useful, however...

BTW  Cloanto did not make WinUAE, they only bundled it with AmigaForever.  You might want to download the latest version here.
