Amiga Jabberwocky Client
« on: September 25, 2004, 01:01:06 AM »
Hello all, just got my amiga online, so now I want to try to speak to my Msn Messenger buddies with it, and Jabberwocky can do this, correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I have it installed and running, but I'm unsure as to how to set up an account, can anyone reccomend a server that they use on their amiga as I'm new to this and don't really have a clue!

Okay well I have read the tutorial and managed to register and connect to a jabber server (jabber.dk) But I want to speak to my Msn contacts, when I go onto the agents list and click register on Msn, it doesn't bring up the new window as displayed in the tutorial, any ideas?

Maybe you should test with snoopdos. something might be missing? I did it as displayed in the tutorial.

My setup: microA1-mk2/OS4 dev-pre

EDIT: When I try now I have the same problem as you. So I can't change MSN account. Maybe we both installed something that mess it up?
