I don't know if it's just a glitch on my machine, but I can see DirectX overlays through your avatar! :-)

I think she's responsible enough not to do that.

A so-called "friend" of mine once left me with no choice but to ride my moped home after a couple of drinks, which was scary.

I passed my test first time, so that proves that anyone with the intelligence of dog or higher can

If she does PassPlus she could get 50% off the premium  :-o  That's what I did, anyway.

Speaking from someone in the car repair business the customer service from insurance is best with the Direct Line group of companies, try Tesco if she is young (10% off for online quotes). If she is involved in an accident and the car is written off then they will pay a very fair market value rather than some others (who shall remain nameless) who pay the worst price possible for the cars, and general claims are dealt with MUCH faster than other companies.

We deal with all of the major insurance companies and they are far and away the best.

Best of luck anyway.

Well, here it is running over the top of an AVI of 'Mental'. :-D

I've managed to create the same effect using the old PrtScrn to clipboard key. I have to say Windows colour allocation is a mystery to me... The GIF in your sig isn't affected. :-?

So... Here's a run-down of my sister's road use to date:

A couple of months on the road, getting increasingly {bleep}y, she drove past a speed camera and flash flash! Three points! If she gets caught again, that's it, bye bye license. So she started driving particularly carefully and was offered the chance to go on a speed awareness course and IIRC thus avoid getting the points on her license.

All was well, until the last couple of weeks when all semblance of camera-weariness seemed to have vanished. Last night I was in the car with her and Mum, and Mum was complaining that Becky drives too fast. In response, Becky suddenly floored the accelerator and screamed, "Wheeeeeeeeee!"

A couple of times later during that drive I saw dry stone wall hurtling towards my face far too quickly on a couple of occasions. "Becky," we said, "it's no joke. You have to start being more careful."

This morning on the way to my house, Becky had a little accident involving the previously mentioned dry stone wall (rather, the wall on the opposite side of the road) and now needs to buy two new wheels for her car. I honestly couldn't help but laugh. I'm kinda glad something's happened that will hit her in the pocket and perhaps give her cause to mellow out a bit without injuring herself...

Tut tut, I don't know... these girl racers eh? :-P

Glad she's ok tho :-)

Does sound like she needed a bit of calming down while driving.
