I noticed in your auction for the AdRAM 540 that memory chips, (424256) can be purchased for .50 to 1.00. Do you happen to know where these chips can be found for that price? The best price I have seen was 2.65/ea. if puchasing >25 chips.

I'd have to search the web to find the url.  I checked again recently and it was closer to $2.   If I get some free time I'll google it and try to find where it was.
