I've tried the ones on Aminet, doesn't work. Is there anymore? :-)

Did you try amiga.sourceforge.net ?
There is a unrar port.
You could try xadmaster, it is free now with its GUI voodoo-X (available fom aminet).
I am also having problems sometimes to extract rar files created from pc.
