Coldfire CPU project?

Has anyone heard anything about this yet?  Just curious...

Well, I know about the Coldfire CPU, but, forgive my ignorance, is there something specific that was being planned for the Amiga that had to do with this chip line?

Besides the already mentioned Coldfusion project, there's also another one (not Amiga compatible, though) by Austex Software.
