Does this mean that the future developer no longer have to sign NDA?

Can the developer sell the product directly to customer?
Will they / other parties sell / provide books / e-books about programming for AmigaDE?
Is it possible for developers to sell bundled AmigaDE in LiveCD/USB dongle/memory card with their application?
