Boa tarde,
Have you contacted ebay?
What is the feedback rating of the seller, value of the item etc?

I like Amigas

I contacted e-bay and that Square deal thingie...

E-bay seems to care less... and Square Deal didn't manage to contact the seller...

The value is 30,95€ (with postage)

How long has it been since he stopped responding to email? The guy has only been registered since Jan 2004, but he has a flawless 103 positive(total), no neutral or negative feedback.  Maybe he fell ill or is having internet problems? This just doesn't fit the MO of a typical scammer.
Someone has to state the obvious and that someone is me!

Yes, I know... that is what trills me!

He never was much of a ' mail sender ' but he still replied to my mails... but he stopped responding to my mails a day or so before i sent the postal order at 08/07/04.

@ EnyGmaTiK

It's Possible he is ill or died like redrumloa said. I hope not, but it's definitely possible...........don't give him bad feedback or anything..........just wait and see................If I were you, I would mail a letter to his house, with his name on the envelope as well as Relatives:  for example:

to:

John Doe or Relatives
86-23 blah blah Ave
Kentucky Fried Chicken, Alabama 11324

that way if he is sick or dea, this can call the attention of any relatives there, and they can contact you to explain.
CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

Only for reasons of correctness, in Germany we distinguish between male and female first names.
Anja is the name of a she.
I guess she simply is too stupid to install all the Windows stuff again ;-)

Actually is a He, since his name is Thomas Schulze, he provided the address of one Anja Schulze for the postal order.

Holiday season or not, we are obligide to fullfill our duties... if this is the case i consider this a total lack of respect for the buyer...

I just hope this will ultimatly get resolved...

there have been several nasty trojans and virus attacks recently, i had to format the wifes pc, then spend two days recovering mine from them, maybe he's been one of the unlucky ones?

Have you ever used a telephone before? I've had situations before, and a quick phonecall usually sorts it.  If you are really worried, emails are just to indirect, and to be honest you are just fannying around.  Get an awconfirm from ebay and phone him.
Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you!
