Is there some hardware somewhere that will allow you to use amiga floppy disk on your pc?
Some hardware somewhere that will allow me to write adfs to disk on my pc for use in a real amiga?

Yep, its called the Catweasel, which a new floppy controller that can r/w different disk formats including Amiga ones.
A software program called Disk2FDI requires 2 floppy drives to read Amiga disks and create FDI images.

Actually, you can do it with software, something previously though impossible. Check out
www.oldskool.org
for Disk2FDI.
