Blizzard IV scsi kit cable

I have an blizzard IV with scsi kit. Which is very neat and all since I have now two simm sockets to fill.
But I lack the cable from the scsi header to the 25 pin sub-D connector. Does anyone have the pinout of this header?
I should be quite simple to make (just crimp a header, D connector and two strips of flatcable together) but I
would hate to blow it up if I get it wrong.
