I want ppl to understand the world we live in,
so I am now offering to answer anything you wonder about
concerning the world we live in.

I know alot about nature and biology,
but if I dont know the answer to your question,
then I will try to make a theory about it.

Example questions:

-Why is planets shaped like balls?
-Why does fish have finns?
-Why havent trees formed legs so that they can move around?

Hopelessly addicted to the world\'s best strategy game.

Okay, I've got a question.

There is a thread full of "Politcally Incorrect" jokes that proceed to mock and insult "faggots", "jews", Blacks, and several other races and religions, those of us that were incensed were told that we need to get over it because "It's just bleeping jokes guys.",

another thread was later started entitled "how come I am surrounded by so many f'ing BLEEPS...", and when it was later understood that 'f'ing BLEEPS' means f-ing faggots the thread was not in any way censored, moderated, or locked(which would probably be most appropriate), fortunately the majority of the posters managed to turn the thread into something a little more constructive and interesting...

anyway, my question is, how come when threads like these exist we are told to lighten up if we are offended, but when a thread comes by that OBVIOUSLY is joking about potential alternative uses for a bible the thread is locked after 11 posts because "making fun of one's faith isn't funny".

They're "just bleeping jokes" after all.

Hasn't this type of thread been started in the past? And, with the same user?

Greets Im>bE,

Got one question here:
How is it true, that life started from chunks of meteorites came from Mars eons before there was even life here on earth?

If it's true then, we are Martians by origin! :-o

Q. Why do I have I been getting washing powder stuck to my clothes over the last couple of times that I've used the laundromat?

I have never had that problem before. :)

That's an easy one. The powers-that-be must be personally feel attacked by the alternative-bible-usage-thread whereas the why-am-I-surrounded-gay-people-thread had probably no personal impact on the deities.

Apparently insulting one's faith isn't funny but one's sexuality is.

Indeed.

No-one in that thwead actually made fun of the Cwistian faith. They may as well have been talking about any other big book, like the Qur'an or the Yellow Pages.

And I tend to think that if one really takes their faith seriously, why care about someone wiping their ass on this book? Now, an age-old artefact of the faith, owiginal parchments or whatever with actual histowical value? I can see why that would be offensive.

But when something is mass-produced and somewhat akin in that wespect to the aforementioned telephone diwectory...

Why do I lose twenty minute when walking home from the pub?

Last orders = 11PM

Drinking up time = 11:20PM

Walk home (sober) = 30 minutes

Walk home (drunk) = 50 minutes

What could possibly happen during those twenty minutes that I can't recall the next day?  Are the laws of relativity broken somewhere along the route?

The last storm we had, a neighbor said he saw lightning do some really really strange stuff, he explained that it didn't "strike" but rather appeared at the top of his hill and "rolled" down it breaking apart into several smaller balls when it hit a puddle, at which point the balls of light zipped up into the sky and vanished, never making more sound than a buzz.

WTF was that? :-o
