What the subject says :)

Is it still possible to order the first issue?

This is just a pure guess, but i'm guessing the problem is one of cash... Or maybe sabotage by the Ban Comic Sans movement, since they used Comic Sans on the front page of "Issue 0" ;-)

Hi,

Amiga.org Magazine has been frozen due to several reasons.

One if them is lack of time on behalf of the editors. At the time of planning, it looked like all people involved would be able to invest some time into making it. However due to several reasons this developed to be a big problem.

Another reason is the situation in the Amiga market. With OS4 having taken a while to appear and the Pegasos being available only in very limited quantity, the possible market for the magazine is very insecure.

What was *not* a problem is the financing, the amount of material and the advertisers. All these were and are there. Maybe things will change in the future when there are more Amiga computers out there again, from whatever manufacturer ;-)

In the meanwhile, anyone willing to take over the job is welcomed to discuss.

Issue 0 copies are still available for those who want them, proposed price is EURO 5,- including worldwide shipping.

Best regards,
Ron

Lack of time is usually the problem, I know exactly how that feels...

About the ordering - how can I do that? €5 is a good price and I am very interested in buying a copy.

Easiest is sending 5 EURO by PayPal to info@compcity.nl, that should give us the exact shipping address too.

Best regards,
Ron
