the situation reminds me of a product by the same company, prisma megamix. also there seem to be the same difficulties. no matter the competence of the involved, writing drivers for the hardware seems to be too heavy a task. perhaps low level debugging is too difficult?
The sad thing is I don't think they realize how this affects their product sales. Well, maybe they do and just can't do anything about it. Prisma Megamix was one of those products that I couldn't wait to buy. I was very excited about it. Then after all the hype and years later, I couldn't care less about it. Their market is aging, people are going to die out before the products are available at this rate.
