Don't worry about Ainc loosing their IP due to lack of action. In the current legal environment, that just doesn't happen. In the courts, copyright/patent is like a holy artifact. Unquestionable in its rightousness. They could let it sit for 50 years, and then come back and all they would have to do is scream about the evil "pirates" and the courts would side with them. The "We must sue to maintain our copyrights and patents" is a bogus line used by companies to justify the the masses why they are being assholes about IP they don't make money off anyways.
Mind you this dosn't make me side with H&P, I think Bernie got screwed.
