still I believe a real bootmanager is way better than early-startup-menu.
I now have a triple-boot A4000D, OS3.9 + MOS + OS4 , but since it is a grex4000D amiga OS4 is pretty much lame at it...

Algor/Romulus is no problem to load MOS/OS4. Simply disable it pressing right or left mouse button. Be sure that you are using a modern bootmodule and a modern luciferin.

I don't have to dissable the flash of my Algor when booting into MorphOS. Seems only OS4 has problems with that for whatever reason.

@keropi

You could fit a 2nd gfx card to use OS4... a cv64 with passthrough connected to your scandoubler for example. You'll lose one pci slot but it's better than nothing.

I think there are bootmanagers in Aminet. It's not hard to create one.

crumb you are right! I have a spare CV64 ! I totally forgot about the zorro part of the G-Rex4000D  :-D
I will sacrifice the 512i sound card then  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

edit: better solution!
I grabbed a 2nd PicassoIV so I replace the Arxon scandoubler
on 3.9 it will only work as a scandoubler with voodoo3
on MOS it will be dead, as only voodoo3 is needed
and on OS4 it will work as a sd/ff+pIV  :-D
I think it will work great, and I get to keep the 512i  :-D

MOS chokes if I don't disable my Algor. What modules and bootloader are you using?

I am thinking of buying a efika board and put it inside a 1200 case if MOS 2.0 is released for it.

@jkonstan:
First you need a goat, then you must sacrifice its first born in the new moon. It's that easy ;-)

You don't. Not yet, at least. Development hasn't finished.
