yes i have noticed this aswell (NO RESPONSE but beeing fairly fast anyway)...

can it be because of SPAM EMAIL?

can it be because of BAD TIMES?

i have no idea but its sure annoying, when i go ans buy something then i want service, i dont care if its here within 5 days as thats not service...

kdh was simmilar until they got the response system (which u have to be logged in to see)..

iospirit has no service either anymore (also lame LOG ON system) , i am pretty sure all of theese is because of SPAM EMAIL and its pretty UNPERSONAL stuff ;(

Whats up with all the hate!

Ordered that A1200 NTSC motherboard (new) and FlickerMagicT sd/ff from Vesalia on 12/31.  Paid via PayPal.

So just over two weeks today.  They are in Germany and I am in the US.  Not worried right now, just wondering what to expect on shipping.

I have only very good experiences with vesalia, email was answered fast, payment via paypal and via their account worked both good. Bought once a small FPU, the other time a big and havy Amiga-chair... I can only recommend them.

If I could not contact vesalia I would try to phone them.

3 weeks now (22 days) on the order.  Not worried with regards to this time for shipment from Germany to US, but it would be nice if they responded to a single question e-mail I have sent - only the actual order got a response.  I guess I will assume all was in stock and is under way.

With Vesalia I would really recommend you run your e-mail through a translator in to German and send that, I think it just takes a long time for them to reply to English e-mails.

I know when someone else did that they got an answer quickly.

Probably your local customs are at it. I'm sure you will receive your package eventually, and a nice little customs charge.  :-o

You might have mentioned this already, but what shipping method did you choose? If you paid for surface, then I can understand a four week delivery time. . . . But for anything else--crazy! US Customs is pretty snappy. I've never had to wait longer than a week for something shipped via airmail from Europe. (That's Europe to east coast USA via airmail and then off to California via USPS first class mail.) Stuff from the UK sometimes pops up in three to four days.

well :-)

you are lucky . . . . here at 600 Km from them, nothing yet.

At this point, my theory is confirmed.

Vesalia, often sells items that aren't really in stock.

They has written to me (when they sent me the confirmation mail)

"why COD? you can pay in advance or by CC"

understood?. . . . .

Ciao
