I put an Amiga 2000 in a tower back in the day.  See posts:

I found a old pc tower that was big enough to put the whole Amiga 2000 chassis inside and in doing that didn't have to cut any new holes for ports.  Worked really well.  Still got it out in the garage.

I had an Eagle 2000 tower that I kinda modded.  Plenty of room.  Wish I hadn't sold it.

I've seen alot of A4000 towers made by taking the A4000 chassis, cuting the back of a PC tower then they put it inside the PC tower.
