Man I hate to say it, but the battery has surely leaked big time!  This thing is nice though.  I'm sure it still works though just has a lot of leakage on the board.  Both of my 2000s had leaking batts.
Going Bananas over AMIGAs since 1987...

Looking for Fusion Fourty PNG ROMs V3.4?

Looking at the label, A2000HDA/100, does mean it has a 100MB harddrive? I remember the labels on my 3000, and it was 3000-25/100 for the 25mhz 100MB HD. Still, looks like a beauty. I just wonder, why, oh why, was it kept in storage since the day it was bought? Did somebody forget about it? I'd like to find one of those in my attic!

Someone must have made a good offer in private, as the seller has ended the auction early due to an "error in the listing".

Perhaps, but I did get a strange reply from the seller in response to a question I had. He said he had taken everything out because of all the questions, and it wasn't quite what he had thought it was. For one thing, the Amiga had no harddrive. He said he was going to revise the auction. It must have been put away in storage for a reason, and for the 2000HD to have had its harddrive removed, it must have been opened at some point. So not new in box.

Someone raised a good question - would you use the machine?

I bought one of red's NIB A500s a while back and had the same quandry. Whether to have a nice looking A500 to use, or as an investment or whatever

What are your opinions on this?
I like Amigas

Actually, I'm debating on getting an A1200 to hook up to the TV, to have 'nostalgia' games to play on. I want it to be unplugged easily and to be put away easily.

I'd rather have a 500, with an accelerator and a rom switcher, but you can't always get, what you want. Besides, it would be too big, I'm sure. The 1200's way more portable.
