I use Xcopy to copy disks. Some copy protection could be override with the methode Nibble. Xcopy makes an exact copy of the disk. But I think you would like to backup on CD-R? The best thing is to use WHDload (
www.whdload.de). With these installer you could backup your games on the HD and you could use these files with Winuae.
