Someone at Amiga Inc. should maybe take a legal course and get informed about the "fair use" of trademarks. Or at least drop an email to Ben Hermans so he can explain the matter to you. I am sure he is more than willing to help.
Amiga's claim that Genesi may not use any Amiga trademarks anywhere at anytime unless Amiga agrees, is simply wrong and just shows a complete lack of knowledge as far as trademark rights go.
Anyway, nice try. Better luck next time. Just make sure you will ask someone who actually
knows something about trademark rights.
