I just bought an item from ebay, and am trying to complete the transaction. However, I have come up with a HUGE snag... Whenever I try to complete the payment, I am confronted with a message of "Expanded Use Number", it then asks for a four digit number which apparently is on my credit card statrement next to my "$1.92" charge. WTF?! There is no such thing here! Does anyone know how to find this number out? I don't want any negatives next to my account on ebay. What do I do?!

Right first thing - explain your situation to the seller, as someone who sells on ebay from time to time, I know that its nice to get sincere and regular communications from the buyer should any problems arise.
Secondly, I presume you've looked at your CC statement? It was a long time ago, but there should be a number there.....

Yeah, sorry, perhaps I shouldn't have included that disclaimer, its just that some people miss the sarcasm or subtle humour or whatever and go on the offensive!
