Sometimes it just says that my login is incorrect, when I have my user name and password saved

Have you tried deleting your cookies and trying again?

Wish some people would take their heads out their rear ends and actually listen after you tell them it's nothing to do with cookies for the third time...

It's all very well you being insulting, but when were the first and second times that you told people it was nothing to do with cookies and people didn't listen?
Seeing as you've only made three posts, have all three been on the subject of cookies?

edit: besides, I merely suggested it as a solution. I didn't say it was defintely going to help...

edit: removed some less than civilised words. Sorry Kees.

I just find it annoying that everyone seems to get up on their high horse and say "it must be your browser", when many ppl (myself included) are using mozilla, which is about the most standards compliant browser out there...

Fair enough, but none of the posters on this thread were 'getting up on our high horses' and saying "it must be your browser". I feel a little aggreived when offering advice, even if it turns out to be wrong, if I get attacked for my trouble...

I understand that you might be annoyed but I think some of your comments were a little unwarranted.

Then there are the people who think it's down to cookies, even after you've said that everything else works ok (yahoo, ann, webmasterworld, etc) - and if you believe them then it's got to be a bug in the server code, doesn't it??? (obviously it's not, but you get my point)

Yes but I was not one of the people to whom you'd said "everything else works ok " previously, am I?

I was quite rightly annoyed that so many comments on here were about cookies again...

Maybe you were annoyed, maybe quite rightly, but were you 'quite rightly' rude? Things irk me too, but I don't find some random person to take it out on...
It would be like having your house robbed and going and beating up someone random in the street, shouting at them that they'd stolen the last thing ever given to you by your mother, while they stood there incredulous...
