You guys are so negative. This Doomy guy is actually one of us, because he clearly loves the Amiga computer. Unless you have proof that he did indeed rip people off, I would stop saying that about him. Think about it, if he wanted to, he could hire a lawyer and sue Amiga Org. He would win in a court of law because none of you have actual evidence that proves that he ripped anyone off. Hearsay or gossip will not hold up in court.
Anyway, none of you guys had his permission to use any part of his video, including his vocals, to create your own versions of the video. So, if Doomy decided that he liked one of your videos enough to use it as part of his new release, you should be flattered.
Many of you are so negative and I get a negative vibe from the Amiga Org community as a whole. Wayne and his moderaters should do something about all of this negativity and make Amiga Org a happy, fun place to visit.
As I've said before I don't know Mr HC personally and I used his audio & video to after seeing the original version posted at various times on here and re-done them for a bit of a laugh. I know HC has viewed them personally and he hasn't complained to either me or YouTube about the use of his stuff.
What he has allegedly done in his past is nothing to do with me, and from the guy who was wanting to get together with Doomy to produce a new version I've had no negative response to it from Doomy other than he doesn't wish to redo the video or audio again as he's quite happy leaving it in all it's current incarnations as is.
I reckon your reading a wee bit too much into this and taking things a wee bit too seriously, have you read some of the highly amusing posts here recently, don't think you'll find many other sites that allow folk to enjoy themselves and have fun with some of the funny things that are posted here as way of topic as you can get.
Lighten up a bit, join in and enjoy yourself, if you've looking to ask serious questions you will find plenty of folk here only too willing to help try and answer them, but that doesn't mean when nothing serious is going on that members shouldn't be able to pass the time with a bit of light hearted banter...
