So to summarize, in the US, if you are a poor and lazy CEO, you will be rolling in the money.

Hmm.

Hey runequester... :) My oldest sister lives in Portland Oregon, both her and her husband are old ageing hippies, and they both seem to be totally oblivious to all this doom & gloom over there, all they ever say is Wow man, that's trippin, yeah and Cooool... :roflmao:

I wrote to you sometime ago, about my Amiga dream. Now I know your getting on a bit (or maybe even dead) ,but if you don't hurry up and do something then I'm going to write to Blue Peter and maybe they will be able to show me how to build a Super Duper Amiga out of some old toilet roll tubes and some sticky back plastic.

Cmon Jim, get the finger out...

I thought this was going to be a neat thread until this paragraph.

You should get new insulting names.  PC especially.  I mean, Pee Cee is just you adding more letters and making it sound the same......

and micky, well, mickey mouse sho' is cool in my book.

take a pill or 10.

Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear Arkhan... :)

Touchy aren't we... :)

Seem to be going round in circles here, I've taken the pills and in a generous mood I'm going to send you some too, as I really think you need them more than I do... :roflmao:

Im not touchy.  I just think you've hit your midlife crisis and are flailing around trying to be young and cool again, and it's annoying.  I know this is an amiga forum and all, but the whole OMG AMIGA OR DIE fanboy thing is pretty damn stupid.

Ok then Touched, would be a better turn of phrase to use in your case... :)

Dunno where you get this midlife crisis and age thing from, If you really believe that all that you read via the internet on your computer screen is true, then you'd be as well going and talking to the fairies at the bottom of your garden. At least they might understand a 3 year old mind like yours... :biglaugh:

hey dopey, you said you're 45.  First post of the thread.  Are you huffing glue?  Did you already forget what you said in your own thread?

PS: These fairies are pretty cool.  They know magic tricks and bake me cookies.

Hey... howd you find out my real name was Dopey... :)

Well at my age you do tend to forget things you know...

erm what was I just saying... :)

I know that this post has nothing to do with this thread but after last night's heated little debate,
it came to mind that no matter where we live in this world, whichever colour, creed, religion or
nationality we are, if you just pause and think how lucky we are, that we live in the times that we do.

We only have this freedom of speech thanks to the countless millions who gave their lives and their
futures in all the wars gone by, so that we may pursue what seems in perspective such trivial little matters.

This song and it's lyrics by The Pogues sum up perfectly, just why we should be should be so grateful that we have
the freedom to sit here and express our opinions no matter how trivial or meaningful they may be.

Listen to  the lyrics, and then pause for a moment to reflect on just how lucky we are, and give thanks to all who
gave their lives to allow us to have such freedom, and never forget them...
