I agreed and he actually paid it(only the final value fee). It looks like that didn't help much because he ended up getting a landslide of other negative feedback and is no longer a registered user. I can only speculate he is having major personal problems. His emails to me were polite and sincere enough... I dunno...
Did anyone talk to him on the phone and try to find out what his personal problems were?
