this do it? It's a lot more expensive than making it yourself, but should work - I might be getting one soon.
That would to to composite video and audio out to SCART, but looking at your post again I've noticed you want to use the other video out. I think I've read somewhere that this is a very rare connector that only Commodore used, though I'll check.

Here it is - it's from a guide on Aminet on how to tower an A1200.
Then you probably could have problems looking for a female and a male 23pin connector for the video port, because it's not a standard and only Commodore (grr!!) used it for a computer. Even if you will find it it's almost impossible you'll find it also crimpable like the othe ones...
...for the video port problem I didn't do anything because I didn't find any connector yet.
Is there any technical reason why you cannot use the composite video output?
