So, should I assume that this monitor won't work with a regular old Amiga 2000? I wanna know if I should bother getting the proper cable.

This might be the relevant info from that link:

Horizontal Frequency (analog mode)     30 to 82 kHz
Vertical Refresh Rate (analog mode)    56 to 76 Hz

Looks like all I'd need is a gender changer. I have a 9 to 15 pin converter thing, so I take it that all I really need to do is to connect my A2000 to the monitor without some kind of intermediary signal processing box. Am I unwrong?

Will a video toaster do? There's a VT4000 in there.
