RIP Dimebag Darrell

I was totally shocked by this news. I heard in passing on the news "Attack at Rock concert, shots fired involving band Damage Plan" on the news this morning but did not see the actual report. I just heard it on the radio and couldn't believe my ears. Completely unexpected, speechless. I have never idolised any celebrity or muscian, but few like Dimebag really seemed just so down to earth. I also seem to be one of the few who actually liked Damage Plan.

Damn this sucks, please don't make this a pro / anti gun thread.

Oh s**t, I was affraid of this. Phil wacked out of his brain and "going away for a very long time". Does that sound like a suicide note to you? Ever since this happened I worried that Phil and/or Vinnie would off themselves. Mostly worried about Phil doing it since he's been on smack, and obviously not terribly mentally stable :-(
