I must admit playing youtube files work better/faster than expected. No slowdown under winuae with 128 MB. Works even faster than FF3.5/3.6 over here. Shame ffplay blocks netsurf, so you can't do anything else.

bernd its geart to see thebupdates coming thick and fast but this one crashes on my real Amiga. Click on the news tab from the google home page and I am given the option to either suspend or re-boot. The previous version works without any problems. Am I missing something from the install?

However, when I try to post to A.Org I can't use the scroll arrow in the box to post my comment (I'm using my peecee to make this post as my A4000D has just frozen). This also happened when using the old version of NetSurf. Also the Scroll arrows don't always show but I can pian them in by drawing the pointer over them sevral times.

Yep, this happens over here too. And if you click on 'quick reply', netsurf selects 'quote'. And all the buttons [fonts/quotes/link/etc] aren't selectable (javascript ?).

Who is using an amiga with more than one user account in the first place?

I've renamed netinfo.device and netsurf still runs fine. *:afro:

to see if its java script miss Problem or not, you can use a modern browser and disable Java script and look it its same.
Firebug is much nicer.

Hm, i've noticed that when you set the WB to 8 bit (previously set as 32 bit), netsurf opens it's own screen and tries to open an 8 bit window too. Shouldn't this be set to 32 bit ? Next, netsurf crashes. Guru 80000004.

EDIT2: I've found a file called ixemul-62.1-m68k.lha. I've unpacked it, but can't install because it wants the files to go in a fictional GG: drive.
Just copy ixemul.library & ixnet.library to libs: manually.

Funny you say that, I've done some googling and got the answer that I should install GeekGadgets. Worth a shot anyway.

Installing geekgadgets is only for compiling (*nix) stuff, not for running netsurf.

Well fair enough. I moved the files like you said, now netsurf tells me : 68040 math emulation code not found.

??????

and then I click "abort", and then it says:

need at least version 61 of ixemul.library.

Which it has. Because I put it there. In accordance with your instructions.

Which machine do you have in the first place ? Sounds like you don't have 68040.library in libs:
