This is the 3rd motherboard I've bought from AmigaKit, 2 of which were defective (anybody want to buy an NTSC 1200 board that gives green screens, or a PAL 1200 with no sound? ugh) so, I'm going to be upset if they don't swap it out.
I'm not sure how the law works over there. But here in europe you have the right, as a paying customer, to get a working product. And if not, you can send it back and get the money from them. So why put it on ebay ?
