I'm surprised it's still well below £100 with 3 hours to go.

Thought it might just've broken that barrier by now.

It is the great Cthulhu.  Just found it.  It's actually on sale from somewhere as a pendant.  I was actually looking for a Resident Evil pic for an avatar, but I found this one first :-)
