This board goes under the drive bays.  There is a CPU expansion slot seperate from the Zorro slots.  It fits within the enclosed area below the drives fine.

It's wide and it extends towards the back of the unit from the CPU connector.  Will it fit in a 4000? I have no idea, I've never owned one.

Under the Compatibility section it says it would work in 4000 if there was physical room.  So perhaps if you have a tower or mod your case you could do it.
