WOW! It's a 3 story stacker, now there's your pancakes! You already know this, but be careful, check things.
Mine is shaping up like this LoadWB,
bottom (A1000) -> AdIDE -> 1meg insider -> kwikstart II on the top
Maybe you have some weak ground. Also I found, I needed to file down the top of my IDE cable header, so it would fit better, board on top would be a little crooked, and not flush, not seated well.
"I'm not actually sure the AdIDE2 is working where it is, since boot takes no time at all to fall over to the floppy. I would expect that there would be at least a few seconds delay on the IDE."
What is the Kwikstart jumper set to (DF0: or ROM) ? ROM I would think.
