Welcome to A.org! 2.0 you say? Is your workbench grey/blue or orange/blue?
If you bought it in 86 (or thereabouts) and haven't changed anything to the setup since, you can't have OS 2.x. OS 2.x was first released in 91? 92? around that time anyway.

For the ultimate upgrade you could buy a 060 turboboard+mem/ethernet card/decent graphics card (something like a Cybervision perhaps)/CD-ROM/bigger HD (probably). However you'd probably be broke after such an upgrade :-).
