What if you login on a different ebay domain from ebay.nl. Perhaps that would circumvent it? I've noticed that the options/features of ebay can vary between ebay.nl/ebay.de/ebay.co.uk/ebay.com etc.

But agreed, E-Bay are {bleep}ing thieves.

Gah, the Paypal/EBay verification thing seems to be international indeed, so my idea won't fly. However it seems you can also become a 'verified' paypal member if you 'just' add a bankaccount to your paypal account. :nervous:

Take a look at the fees....

FWIW, I've had a paypal account for some odd four years now and I've never had a problem, however IF you run into trouble with paypal it seems you are in sheep dip.

E-Bay pretty much has a monopoly due to the sheer size of it. Ofcourse I can go to other auction sites, but the chances of finding what I want/my audience there are much slimmer.

And no, they're not thieves in the literal sense of the word but in my opinion the fees are very high.
