23 Way D-Type are a rare beast indeed these days.
From recollection I believe they are available from either Farnell or RS components. Even then, only in multiples of 5.
You could try Toby also (toby.co.uk) If they don't do them, no one will - They sell nothing BUT connectors and have a catalogue bigger than the Maplin one. Not sure if buying small quantities is accepted by them though?
