ordered stuff from amigakit, no response

I made an order mid last month which is still "pending".  I've e-mailed them and tried to ring them, no response.  Is Amigakit still alive?  Any advice?

Thanks for your prompt response.  I e-mailed sales@ so I'll resend it to support@.
