Having a chipset (OCS,AA or Natami) around in a nextgen-Amiga is pointless as pretty much all SW needing it runs better on a full UAE-setup, RTG-SW runs much faster on Radeons and even if you could put a chipset in there

This may be a little OT, but it's what I'd like to have...

A 24bit paint program on Windows/Amiga/whatever that use bitmapped/bitplaned technique for color pallet.

Don't know if that is right, but take DPaint for example in OCS/AGA.  A 32 color pallet.  Each color has it's own place.

-I may have 3 of the exact same RED, but they are all an individual color.
-If I do color Cycling they change in a different order.
-I can make a "Matte" and specifically select the color position, not just the color.

Are there any 24bit paint programs that work like that?

Back in my day, we didn\'t have water. We only had Oxygen and Hydrogen, and we\'d just have to shove them together.
