Would a Kickflash board solve the problem? Installing the needed modules on this one, and then no extra reboot is requiered. I'm just wondering if the ROM Update from BB2 and additional modules will conflict with anything MOS related?
Sort of... this is what I use.
MOS will only boot from a plain, unaltered Kickstart3.1, so you need to put a switch on the Kickflash
(on the write-protect jumper. When open, the flash is write protected, and will be loaded on bootup. When closed, the flash is write enabled, and will not be loaded on bootup. This can be hot-switched, but MOS requires a cold boot after running OS3.9 in order to get rid of the rekicked Kickstart from the Kickflash).
And btw, totally OT, but MOS supports 100mbit (RTL8139) network cards on Grex4000's with it's included driver.
