@F0LLETT Not at all! I know we have had our differences but I appreciate all the service you have provided me over the years. It seems like the A1200NG has found a significant market and you are now burdened with that success is all. You are now (in my view) too busy to deal with some repair work jobs for Classic machines as you now focus on order fulfilment and support tickets for A600GS/A1200NG and soon to be A4000NG. That seems to be the case! Other recapping/repair services are available...capitalism at work! Obviously, other peoples' experiences will differ and I am not an oracle on your business or market sector. All the best.
