Why ? Of course a PPC can hit the custom chips directly. There is nothing which ties the Custom Chips of the Amiga to the 68k
Actually there IS
software which accesses the AGA Chips and such
with the PPC...
Still I think it is pretty pointless (especially as the Chips would need to get redeveloped... if you put the amount of money needed into hardware development you can probably develop much more powerful chips
