You also need a TCP stack like genesis or miami..
Posted a thread about this a while ago, search for PCMIA.. maybe it'll show up
It's called "PCMIA network - OS3.5" or similar

If you have some simple files to swap, and a PC get a serial link instead. It's slow, but it's cheap and works with less software if i'm not mistaken...
You must get a special cable due to some differences in port-pins, but any dealer will supply it.  

Again check out the threads, there's been enough threads about transfers in emulation/hardware/software sections.
