If you use the proper Rock Ridge extensions to get the filenames to appear correctly on the Amiga, it will work. Windows uses another extension by default so you may have to be a bit choosey about your CD-Burning software.
Also, as far as I can tell from shopping around on E-Bay and Softhut, there are no more Aminet Sets past #12 ?! Is that so?
It wouldn't surprise me.
