1. 3. and 4. are IMO subjective and so I won't argue about them.

But I'm afraid you're wrong on number 2. the A1-lite is
suposed to be a mini-ITX form factor.

It's the A1 (rev 2) that is planned to be a micro-ATX formfactor board.
