It also helps keeping a bit of balance on the biggest community site we have.  :-D

No, AFAIK Hyperion own OS4 and have the right to keep developing it, in the event that Amiga Inc. folds or something like that.
Someone please correct me if I'm way off here, that's just how I understood it, but I'm not really into the details.
